Below-the-Sink units are more permanent than the countertop units, and are well suited for people who own their own home. 4. How much water do you expect to use?
Each of the Multipure units has a rated capacity in gallons of water filtered. This is the rated capacity of the filter cartridge before the cartridge must be replaced with a new one.
5. Do you plan to connect an icemaker to your water filter?
The Aquaversa, Aquaperform, Aqualuxe and Aquamini below sink models permit the connection of an icemaker with the use of an icemaker tee. The inline models are designed for just such applications and do not include a faucet.
