Monthly rental amount for any Multi-Pure model is $19.50 per month.
First and last month’s rent ($39) is due at time of order.
All payments (including first and last month’s payments) and security deposit must be paid by credit card.
Each monthly payment will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file for you.
Rental program is only available on the automatic credit card payment plan.
All models except the MPAD require a $50 security deposit. The deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time the rental order is first received. There is no cancellation fee for you to cancel the rental at any time, but you will forfeit your deposit if you default on payment.
You will receive a replacement filter every 12 months at no additional charge if your rental account is in good standing.
System maintenance parts also will be provided at no additional charge if your account is in good standing.
Only one rental unit per customer is permitted.
You must contact Multi-Pure directly (not Water2Drink.com) to arrange to have the rental unit returned. Multi-Pure will terminate your rental contract upon receipt of the rental unit. The cost to return the rental unit to Multi-Pure is your responsibility.
There are no state sales taxes, shipping, or handling charges required to be paid with your rental order.
No other Multi-Pure promotions may be combined with the rental plan.
Purchasing Your Rental Unit
At any time, you may choose to convert your rental plan into a purchase. You may purchase the filter system you are renting or any other Multi-Pure model you prefer.
You will earn a credit of 50% of the rental payments made, which may be applied to the purchase of your rental unit. Or you may apply the earned credit to the purchase of any other Multi-Pure® Drinking Water System you prefer.
Maximum rental credit of $117 for an MPAD or $200 for stainless steel models may be earned and applied to a purchase.

Sign and mail the form directly to Multi-Pure at the address listed at the top of the form.
Once your rental agreement is received and processed, Multi-Pure will ship the rental unit to you. Delivery will take about 7~10 business days to reach you.
